TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

TOUR OPERATOR: Diamond Club Vacations, herein referred to as “Tour Operator”, has arranged the Passover vacation packages described in reservation form/confirmation. Diamond Club Vacations acts as the tour operator for Diamond Club Mexico sponsor of the Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen Passover program hereinafter called the Sponsor.

 

RESERVATION: Reservations are subject to availability and are conditioned upon receipt by us of a deposit in the amount of $3,000 per room. The balance may be paid by check, money order or cash. Prior to attendance at the program, a major credit card authorization form must be filled out and signed. This is for any incidentals which you or anyone in your party may incur during the program.

 

PASSPORTS AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Everyone traveling to Mexico (including newborns, infants and children) must have a valid passport. All guests must provide their passports and entry visas at check-in.

CANCELLATIONS:

​

• All deposits and payments are fully refundable until Dec 15, 2021.

• From Dec., 15 2021 – January 31, 2022 – deposit is NON-refundable.

• Final payment is due on January 31, 2022 and this payment is NON-refundable.

 

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Tour Operator Once the program is in progress, no refunds are considered. Cancellations must be made directly with us and must be received in writing at our office before they will be acknowledged. This cancellation policy is strictly adhered to and reflects the risks and costs associated with the program. Reservations are non-transferable and group cancellation policies may differ.

INSURANCE:

.Travel insurance is strongly recommended for both the program as well as your flights. We always recommend purchasing the “Cancel for any Reason” policy so that our guests are fully covered.

PASSPORTS AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

Everyone traveling to Mexico (including newborns, infants and children) must have a valid passport.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE:

By virtue of your presence, you understand and give permission for you to be photographed or videotaped and you give permission to use photographs or videography without limitation. You explicitly release Tour Operator from any liability, loss, expense or claims arising from distribution, broadcast, sale or use of your picture, voice or likeness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tour Operator is responsible for arranging the Passover Program offered. Every effort will be made to accommodate room requests. However, these requests cannot always be guaranteed with 100 percent certainty due to variables beyond our control and the hotel’s control.

Tour Operator in arranging any accommodations or in rendering other services in connection therewith does as agent for the individual desiring such travel accommodations upon the express condition and your agreement and understanding that that neither the tour operator nor the sponsor shall be liable for, AND YOU HEREBY RELEASE US: from any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity or expense arising from the use of any travel or lodging facilities, accommodations or services provided in connection with such individual’s travel plan, for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay irregularity or expense arising from strikes, war, weather, quarantines, pandemic, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, from any act of omission by individual, or corporation furnishing transportation, sightseeing, hotel accommodations or any other services in connection therewith, for any additional cost or expense due to disruption or change of advertised schedules, rates or services or for any cause.

Tour Operator reserves the right to withdraw the program announced and/or make any alterations necessary for the proper operation of the program. This can be done at the discretion of the Tour Operator, for any reason, without penalty. If the Tour Operator 

cancels a tour, the company has no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid to the company by the tour participant for the land package. Airline tickets are not included in the package and are subject to airline regulations. No person, other than an authorized representative of Diamond Club Vacations Inc., by a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add or waive any term or condition.
